Our Dallas client, a full-service financial/accounting firm, is looking for a Tax Accountant to join their team. This role will work on client tax files (80%) and bookkeeping (20%).
Qualifications:
- CPA certification is not required. We are looking for accountants with 5+ years experience in public accounting.
- Familiar with accounting and tax software such as QuickBooks, UltraTax and Intiut ProSeries.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to establish & manage priorities with a drive to complete assigned tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Professionalism, ability to work independently, multi-task and handle conflicting priorities.
- Ability to solve problems and THINK!
- Experience in producing quality work, while being able to meet deadlines.
