About the Job
Our Hatboro based client provides a variety of industries, including defense, with high-quality nonferrous metals in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Their product meets commercial military specifications and they are ISO 9001:2008, MIKL-I-454208A and EB2678L certified.  They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships and reigniting relationships with dormant clients through outbound calling. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and metals industry knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication.
  • Conduct outbound calls to dormant potential customers to generate new business leads.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inside sales in the metals industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical sales knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.

Compensation: 80k plus 10k bonus, Benefits, Vacation, 401k.
